libcdb-file-perl software package provides module to access cdb databases from Perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcdb-file-perl
libcdb-file-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcdb-file-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcdb-file-perl *
You will get with libcdb-file-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
